Business Analysis
Change Management - We interview managers and support staff
to determine needs for your firm. Elizabeth creates a
customized business plan for change, growth or downsizing. We
then will manage the process for implementation of the plan.
It is necessary to attend your office for a few days to review
existing processes, conduct interviews to create the best
scenario of change without creating the anxiety that sometimes
accompanies change management.
Risk Analysis/Internal Controls -
We offer analysis and provide reports to indicate risks and
weaknesses that may be present. We provide solutions to
mitigate any issues.
PCLaw Installation & Setup
We install and configure PCLaw for your office. We set-up and configure your network
(if applicable) to be able to access PCLaw.
PCLaw Training (Beginner - Advanced)
Our senior Consultant/Trainer Elizabeth provides on site training for your office, from
one person to many and she will customize your needs by the duties your support personnel
require.
Legal Remote Backup &
Storage Service
A new service to our clients is to make a copy of your data and store it off site to a
server that is secure from prying eyes or pry bars. Encrypt & backup your data
each day to a secure, monitored data center using your internet connection.

Accounting Services
We provide holiday and temporary book-keeping services on an hourly basis.
Law Society Trust Account TA5, TA3 Audit
Elizabeth has been approved by the Law Society of Saskatchewan to do the audit. In
2003 the rules for signing have changed and she must be co-signed by a CA, CMA or CGA
professional. Elizabeth has a number of professionals that know her work and will
co-sign for any Law Society audit she completes.
