PCLaw - Templates
As for all of these templates, in order to use them they must be inbedded
in the STATDATA folder of your PCLaw program. These templates are not in any usable form
outside the PCLaw program. To download any of these templates follow this procedure.
After the download is complete do not open the template as it will be unreadable to
any other program but the subprogram in PCLaw.
Right mouse click on the link and "Save As"
Save this target to your PCLaw data folder. You will see the data
path when you first open pclaw and may look like the path below. c:\program
files\acg\pclaw32\data\statdata
Receipts: all receipt templates for PCLaw have a .rrc
extension.

This 3 part receipt prints three receipts on one page.
Recently Supreme office out of Prince Albert have made the receipt forms available with

Cheques: all receipt templates for PCLaw have a .rch
extension. Only for V7.5x and up. After downloading this template can be
further adjusted for your firm in the template editor.

Late last year the Canadian Payments Association released a report to
standardize the way cheques are configured. This new format would be more readable
by scanners at the banks. Link

Billing Templates
Billing templates for PCLaw have a .RBF extension.
Trust statement - shows trust activity Using the
Pre-bill feature this report is in a presentable form for your client. trust.rbf - for use only with PCLaw
Prebill - This is a template developed by a client as an
alternative prebill. Any version of PCLaw can use this one.
