About Us

This is Elizabeth Scott Howarth, is our senior consultant and President.

Elizabeth is an Eastern Canada import from the Niagara Region.  She has lived and worked in Western Canada since 1976.  Starting in Calgary, Elizabeth began her education and training in accounting.  Her family then transferred to Saskatoon where Elizabeth began her first business venture providing book-keeping and income tax preparation for clients and associates.  Elizabeth took 2 years from work and completed the McM program at SIAST returning to work on her graduation day.  

Elizabeth incorporated in 1998 with PC Services & Training Ltd and began providing services in amalgamation with her associates in Calgary. Elizabeth provides services to the Legal Profession installing, training and consulting for PCLaw Accounting Software.   Elizabeth relocated to the Lloydminster area for 5 years and then returned to Regina, Saskatchewan in 2003.  The company name was changed to Saskatoon PC-Legal Consulting Services & Training Ltd. upon the move to Regina to better reflect the focus of products and services provided. In 2007 Elizabeth then relocated to Calgary to assist a company in specific project work surrounding Internal Controls and setup for IFRS for a public company. The move to Calgary enabled branching out the services provided by the company to the rest of Western Canada and the United States. Elizabeth's accounting background continued to expand with courses in Internal Controls and IFRS and is a Certified Independent Consultant for PCLaw and IC and IFRS.

Saskatoon PC-Legal Consulting Services & Training Ltd.  operates  offices in both Saskatoon and Calgary.

Elizabeth met Patrick. They married in December 2009 and continue to reside in Calgary.
